Contact Centre Agent

This is an opportunity to join a customer-facing team that plays an important part in shaping each customer's experience and supporting long-term relationships.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be at the heart of customer interactions, helping ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally while supporting the smooth flow of aftersales activity. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organised in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to both service quality and commercial performance.

Hours - 40

Salary - £27,010 plus OTE Bonus

Requirements

• Handle inbound telephone and online customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Book service appointments while maximizing workshop capacity through effective scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records to support ongoing relationship management activities.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant aftersales products and services.

• 1+ year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer service environment.
• Experience using standard PC-based booking tools.
• Experience working to KPIs while maintaining service quality.
• Experience building rapport with customers over the telephone.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience with service booking, reception, or automotive aftersales is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems is a bonus.
