Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in CISDevOps Architecture to lead DevOps strategy design and tooling implementation

Job Description

Lead the design and development of comprehensive DevOps strategies aligned with organizational goals Architect and implement scalable DevOps tooling solutions to enhance automation and continuous delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate DevOps practices across development QA and operations Evaluate and recommend new DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability Drive innovation in DevOps processes to support rapid software development and deployment cycles Ensure alignment of DevOps architecture with security compliance and governance standards Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects in DevOps best practices Monitor industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into the DevOps framework

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the DevOps strategy in line with business objectives
  • Design and oversee the implementation of DevOps tooling architecture across multiple projects
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools with existing infrastructure
  • Establish best practices and standards for DevOps processes and tooling
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Provide technical leadership and support during troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall technology roadmap within the CISDevOps Architecture domain
