Lead and manage enterprise Network Security Operations across LAN WAN WLAN SDWAN Firewall VPN NAC and Cloud environmentsProvide L3 technical SME support and act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents outages and complex troubleshootingAdminister and support Palo Alto FortiGate Cisco FTD and Meraki security platforms including policy management VPNs upgrades and security hardeningManage and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus Aruba Dell and HP routing and switching infrastructureSupport and maintain Wireless Networks using Cisco Aruba and Meraki wireless controllers and access pointsImplement and maintain Network Access Control NAC solutions including Cisco ISE 8021X authentication and MFA integrationsDesign configure and troubleshoot advanced networking technologies including BGP OSPF EIGRP VXLAN EVPN DMVPN HSRP GLBP VPC and IPsec VPNsDrive Incident Change Problem and Service Request Management processes while ensuring adherence to operational SLAsAssess security vulnerabilities review advisories implement remediation plans and ensure network security complianceLead infrastructure upgrades patching activities and lifecycle management of network and security devicesDevelop operational documentation SOPs KT materials and knowledge repositoriesIdentify and implement automation opportunities using Python PowerShell or other automation tools to improve operational efficiencyMentor and guide network and security engineers providing technical leadership and governanceEnsure compliance with BPSS security requirements access controls audit standards and customer security policiesParticipate in customer reviews CAB meetings technical governance forums and stakeholder communicationsProvide support within a 24x7 operational environment including oncall and major incident response activities
