Seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design develop and maintain enterpriselevel applications using COBOL JCL CICS and DB2 The role involves leading complex projects optimizing performance and mentoring junior team members

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL JCL CICS and DB2

Analyze and optimize existing programs for performance and scalability

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform thorough testing

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers

Maintain comprehensive documentation and stay updated on mainframe best practices
