About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

  • Drive problem-solving activities with the Launch team; validate implementation and effectiveness through Gemba and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Lead containment and root-cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Lucid Customer Product Audit findings
  • Improve customer experience by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS, and similar quality assessments, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing
  • Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction (NPI), including trials, parts change management, and PPAP approvals
  • Monitor and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) within PLM or equivalent systems

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in quality or manufacturing engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a greenfield OEM environment (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior or system-level quality engineering role (required)
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and gain alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and visualization skills
  • Experience leading complex technical and quality issues across multiple organizational levels
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, with in-depth knowledge of electronics and vision system manufacturing processes, standards, and specifications
