Обязанности:

  • Администрирование, настройка и сопровождение акций в CRM-системах класса Siebel Marketing и Siebel Loyalty
  • Проведение проверок и тестирования реализованных механик, включая: функциональное тестирование, проверку корректности начисления баллов, контроль выполнения условий и триггеров акций
  • Участие в проектировании нетиповых (новых) механик с учетом существующих функциональных возможностей платформы

Требования:

  • Высшее профильное образование
  • Релевантный опыт работы от 5-х лет
  • Знание принципов работы систем класса CRM Siebel
  • Методичность работы с информацией, выявление взаимосвязей
  • Склонность к детальной проработке проблем, продуманным решениям
