This team works horizontally across SADE, partnering with program managers, engineering and architecture leaders, Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Technology partners and Cybersecurity leadership. Our goal is to ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are actively managed, investments and resources are understood, risks are surfaced early, and leaders have the information they need to make effective decisions.

core responsibilities

As the Senior Program Manager, Cybersecurity, you will lead centralized program management and operational coordination across the Security Engineering & Architecture organization. You will establish the mechanisms that connect strategy, portfolio planning, execution, financial management, resource planning, governance, and executive reporting. • Coordinate workforce and capacity planning, maintaining visibility into hiring, contractors, vacancies, workforce changes and resource demand to help leadership align capacity with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with program managers and functional leaders to strengthen program management practices, establishing consistent standards, artefacts, metrics and operating mechanisms while avoiding unnecessary process or administrative overhead.
  • Translate complex program and operational information into clear leadership insights, providing concise reporting on portfolio health, delivery confidence, risks, decisions, investment and outcomes for Security Engineering & Architecture, Cybersecurity and Technology leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Security Engineering & Architecture's operating model, identifying friction, duplicated processes and gaps in governance and implementing practical improvements that increase accountability, transparency and execution effectiveness.
