Sr. MDM / CDI Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sr. MDM, CDI Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Informatica Master Data Management (MDM SaaS/On-Prem) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on project delivery experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions (SaaS or on-premises), including data modeling, data consolidation, hierarchy management, and match/merge rules.
• Develop and maintain Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS) pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design data solutions, and ensure alignment with data governance and quality standards.
• Implement data quality checks and work with Cloud Data Quality (CDQ/IDQ) for profiling, cleansing, and standardization.
• Optimize performance and scalability of MDM and CDI solutions.
• Support migration projects, upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in data management, with strong expertise in Informatica MDM (SaaS/on-prem) and IICS CDI.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle MDM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, hierarchy management, survivorship, and match/merge rules.
• Hands-on expertise in IICS Cloud Data Integration (mappings, tasks, taskflows, parameterization, pushdown optimization).
• Good experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ).
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with API integrations and Informatica Application Integration (CAI) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data warehouses.
• Experience in data governance tools and metadata management.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and working with distributed teams.
