About Us
Founded in 2014, Lumens Group is leading the transformation of the mobility industry
in Singapore. We have successfully built one of Singapore's largest car fleets and
expanded our offerings to personal and corporate leasing, purchasing and financing.
As we enter a new phase, we're building an integrated ecosystem for merchants and
consumers, driven by advanced technology and a mission to enrich everyday life.
Now, we're on the lookout for a Product Design Intern to join us in Singapore.
Your Role on Our Journey
As a Product Design Intern, you'll play an important part in shaping both our internal
car rental systems and the experiences our customers love. You’ll get hands-on
exposure across our entire design ecosystem—working on tools that support our
team, interfaces that delight our users, and contributing to the growth and
maintenance of our design system.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to design
user-friendly experiences for both internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
• Support the design of features that streamline our operations and elevate the
customer journey.
• Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and
high-quality output across all products.
• Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and
receive feedback.
• Assist in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design
concepts.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related
field.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, especially in digital products or web
applications.
• Passionate about understanding user behaviors and solving real problems
through design.
• Eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
