We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our Anti-Financial Crime & Compliance team! This role involves collaborating with development teams, writing tech specifications and code, and maintaining automation frameworks to support efficient testing cycles. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, the Software Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of software products.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Come up with solution designs and architecture for Cloud-native software
Support the development and maintenance of complex software systems following IT standards and requirements
Ensure the performance, quality, and maintainability of applications
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and system analysis
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Good Java 21+ development experience and its frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot 3.0+, Spring WebFlux, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Maven, and Docker
Experience with message handling (Kafka), S3 file processing, and asynchronous flow redirection
Familiarity with XML parsing, transformation, and validation logic
Experience addressing technical debt, writing clean code, and automating tests
Strong experience in drafting technical specifications and data models
Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
Nice-to-Have (Considered an Advantage):
Go development experience
Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Selenide, TestNG, or Postman, performance testing tools JMeter, Gatling or k6.

Gross salary. 3600-4600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
