Who we are
At Lunas, we merge aesthetics with cutting-edge technology to shape the future of visual content. For over a decade, our award-winning team of CG artists and developers has crafted impactful 3D experiences for e-commerce and real estate that deliver measurable results - empowering businesses to increase revenue, boost engagement, and enhance key performance metrics by forging a strong connection with their products in the most elegant way
What we have achieved
Lunas Studio was built on pure dedication and passion for our craft. Our portfolio and client feedback drive us to push our limits, taking on the most exciting and ambitious projects - we never back down from a challenge:
-
we’ve already made our mark on the global 3D visualization landscape, working with satisfied clients across Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. As we continue to grow and expand our product line, our team has grown to over 100 professionals from different corners of the world
-
we are multiple-time winners of the Architizer A+Firm Awards, International Render Competition, and Iconic Awards, finalists of the SBID International Design Awards and CGarchitect Firm Awards; and recipients of the Building Innovations Awards 2024 shortlist in the "Best Use of Visualization Technology" category
Who we are looking for and why
Over the past year, we have grown more than 2x and our growth continues. In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of client projects - from the initial brief through delivery and final payment. We expect you to be the single point of accountability that connects the creative and production side of the studio with the commercial side (client, contract, money): to build and maintain a transparent production pipeline, manage team workload and the quality of the result within the agreed scope, budget, and deadlines, and identify deviations and risks early enough for them to be resolved rather than absorbed by the team.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, owning client projects end to end - from brief and contract to final delivery and payment
- experience managing a production or creative pipeline with several work streams running in parallel and shared specialists across projects
- hands-on planning and resource management: building the project schedule, estimating and tracking team hours, comparing plan vs. actual and investigating deviations
- strong client-facing experience: acting as the single point of contact on status, timeline, and scope; filtering and structuring client requests to the team instead of letting the client load performers directly; running regular check-ins with both the client and the team
- practical scope management: recognizing scope creep early and formalizing additional work through change requests and contract amendments
- commercial administration experience: preparing contract drafts, issuing invoices by project milestone, controlling accounts receivable and escalating overdue payments
- confident risk management: identifying delivery, quality, subcontractor, and conflict-of-interest risks in advance and escalating them immediately - at Lunas, timely escalation is a PM’s duty, not a reason to question their own competence
- sound judgement in ambiguous situations where no ready-made procedure exists and the interests of the team, the client, and the business have to be balanced
- discipline in keeping project data current: daily status updates by role and stage, transparent tracking, and separate documentation of client-caused delays from internal ones
- experience reporting project metrics to leadership: schedule variance, budget, share of client-caused delays, and overall portfolio health
- confident use of project management and task tracking systems (Jira, YouTrack, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Knowledge of French to conduct the initial kickoff meeting with the client in French
Nice to have
- background in CG, 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or digital product content production
- understanding of the CG production pipeline: reference → modeling → texturing/materials → render/assembly → client approval → delivery
- experience running one project across several output formats at once (static renders, 360° configurators, AR/VR models)
- experience working with international clients across multiple time zones (Canada, Switzerland, the Middle East)
- experience contributing to a PMO: preparing analytics from project data, developing supporting materials, templates, and tools
- readiness to take on ad-hoc company development tasks - processes, products, and internal practices - when the project load allows
What we offer
- fully remote work with a flexible schedule
- paid vacation, sick leaves and days-off
- professional development: the company covers advanced training courses
- engage with transformative product development
- salary: based on interview results
