Who we are looking for and why
We're looking for a senior, hands-on content lead who can own our organic growth and content engine end to end - from strategy and SEO to writing, case studies, and sales materials. You'll turn complex, technical 3D work into clear, compelling stories that build authority and drive qualified inbound for a premium B2B audience.
Key responsibilities
- Content strategy & pillars: define content pillars and an editorial strategy tied to our two segments, then plan and execute the calendar.
- SEO & AEO: grow organic traffic through on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and answer-engine/LLM visibility.
- Website & landing page content: own the content side of the website rebuild: write and structure site pages, product/service pages, and conversion-focused landing pages (SEO-optimized, mapped to our two segments), and keep them updated.
- Content creation: write and oversee blog posts, email, whitepapers, and social copy in a consistent premium brand voice.
- Case studies: build a repeatable process to turn client projects into compelling, ROI-focused case studies.
- Sales enablement: create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales presentations; help sharpen the value proposition and messaging.
- Thought leadership: ghostwrite and manage LinkedIn content for the company and leadership, plus PR content and outreach.
- Reporting: track and report on all relevant metrics (organic traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, content-sourced pipeline)
- Stakeholder management: work with internal teams (sales, designers, leadership) and external partners (freelancers, PR, agencies).
Required skills & experience
- 5+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally in a technical, creative, or premium/enterprise field.
- Strong grasp of SEO (and ideally AEO/LLM visibility) and how content drives organic growth.
- Proven ability to define content pillars, plan strategy, and execute.
- Excellent English writing skill C1 - level.
- Experience creating sales presentations, pitch decks, PDF reports and with a strong focus on brand messaging / value propositions.
- Experience writing website and landing page copy that is SEO-optimized and conversion-focused.
- Comfort with case-study development and translating complex/technical products into business value.
- Hands-on with analytics & SEO tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush) and CMS (WordPress).
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and PR activities.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to own the function with minimal oversight.
