Workplace Coordinator (3 month Contract)

The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Workplace Coordinator to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, safe, and welcoming workplace.

Your mission will be:

- Reception & Visitor Management

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and access control requirements.
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area.

- Office Operations

• Coordinate courier deliveries and collections.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, groceries, and stock levels.
• Assist with meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, and provide general office support.
• Support employees with workplace-related queries.

- Facilities & Security Support

• Monitor access to the office and follow workplace security procedures.
• Report maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities issues.
• Assist with emergency notifications, evacuations, and incident response when required.

- Employee Experience

• Support onboarding by welcoming new employees.
• Assist with office events and employee initiatives.

- Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, office administration, or workplace coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and other workplace systems.
