PMM Team Lead

We’re looking for a PMM Team Lead to own how Lusha is positioned, explained and brought to market. You will lead a team and be responsible for positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans from A to Z, feature releases, partnerships and sales enablement. You’ll work side by side with Sales, Product, Customer Journey Marketing and Creative Design, making sure that what we build reaches the right users with the right story, and that the business impact is visible in the numbers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing at product companies, including at least 2 years of people management
• Experience in B2B SaaS or sales and data intelligence
• Experience leading a team, including setting goals and strategy for the team
• Strong positioning, messaging and storytelling skills, with a technological mindset
• Hands-on experience owning go-to-market plans and feature or product launches end to end
• Experience in competitive intelligence and market research
• Experience using customer and field insights (voice of customer) to shape messaging
• Proven ability to influence the product roadmap by bringing market and customer insights to Product
• Ability to measure impact and connect marketing activity to business results
• Experience in partnerships and sales enablement
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, especially with Sales, Product, Marketing and Creative teams
• Experience in global markets
• High-level English
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (GenAI)
