Skincare Consultant (Sunway Pyramid)

Job Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge and skincare expertise
• Hosts, welcome and provide hospitality to guests
• Provide personalized consultation and recommend skincare products and service rituals to guests based on their skin needs
• Achieve personal sales and outlet targets
• Maintain excellent after-sales relationship with all guests
• Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure outlet is clean and tidy
• Operate POS cashier register and handle various mode of payments
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fluent in communication, well-groomed and confident
• Self-driven team player with an excellent interpersonal skill
• At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, where experience in luxury beauty sales is preferred
• Fresh graduate with a degree in beauty, cosmetology, fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about the beauty industry and current trends.
• On-the-job training and skincare training will be provided
• Able to perform retail operational hours
