Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance. Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNowsolutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
  • Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure scalability, maintainability, and upgrade readiness
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and administrators
  • Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, and platform automations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Ensure platform performance, security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Participate in platform roadmap planning and identify opportunities to leverage new ServiceNow capabilities
  • Review platform upgrades and assess their impact on existing customizations and integrations
  • Oversee technical documentation and ensure knowledge is properly maintained and shared across the team
  • Work closely with infrastructure, integration, security, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless platform integration
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities tosimplify processes, reduce technical debt, and improve platform adoption

  • Senior: minimum 3 years on a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Strong expertise in designing, implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management and Service Catalog
  • Deep knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications and Catalog development
  • Strong experience with JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security model and upgrade strategy
  • Ability to review and optimise customisations while minimising technical debt
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching experience
  • Strong team player, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • English: B2-C1
  • ServiceNow CSA - Certified System Administrator - Mandatory
  • ServiceNow CAD - Certified Application Developer - Mandatory
