Full Stack AI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Audit and improve existing automation; migrate fragile Zapier flows into robust workflow systems (n8n or similar tools).
• Design and build automation workflows across: E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon MWS, Wayfair EDI), Asana, Gorgias, Slack, Google Sheets, ERPNext, Stripe, Buffer, and internal tools.
• Handle credentials, OAuth, API rate limits, retries, logging, and error handling.
• Automate workflows such as order processing, shipment tracking, ticket updates, task creation, and syncs.
• Monitor and maintain reliable workflows with low failure rates.
• Train non-technical team members to operate and monitor automation where required.

AI and LLM Integration:

• Work with AI models and LLMs to enhance automation and applications.
• Apply AI to real business use cases such as: Data extraction & enrichment, Intelligent routing & decision support.
• Resume screening, lead enrichment, follow-ups, internal assistants.
• Hands-on exposure to OpenAI, LangChain, or RAG-based systems(deep specialisation not required).
• Collaborate on prompt design and AI-assisted logic within workflows and applications.

Full-Stack Development:

• Develop backend logic and services using Python (mandatory).
• Work with JavaScript / Node.js for integrations and services.
• Build or support frontend components using React or modern JS frameworks.
• Design APIs and data flows that power automation and AI systems.
• Work with databases and cloud services to support scalable systems.

Ownership and Collaboration:

• Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
• Own features end-to-end: design, development, automation, deployment.
• Document workflows and systems for long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Full-Stack AI / Automation-focused Developer.
• 2+ years working with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar) in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
• Good command of JavaScript (automation logic, integrations, function nodes).
• Hands-on experience automating e-commerce & ops workflows (orders, tickets, inventory, task flows).
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST, OAuth, webhooks, data handling).
• Comfortable deploying and managing automation systems (Docker preferred).
• Exposure to AI / LLM tools (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) and applying them to real workflows.
• Ability to work across backend, automation, and some frontend as needed.
• Examples/portfolio of automation workflows (Shopify, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets, etc. )
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments with good documentation & async skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with ERPNext or warehouse/inventory automations.
• Built flows that scale: 1,000+ events/day, with retry logic and observability.
