Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure daily lab activities comply with HSE requirements.
- Complete timely testing of PPC & MBS products, including incoming in-process and final inspection.
- Preparation of Blown film samples & molding specimens as per standard.
- Perform daily verification and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
- Conduct Process and Product Audits as per plan.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the QA Lab, Blown Film and Sample Retention areas.
- Support incoming raw material testing and supplier report verification.
- Support NPD trials and maintain testing records.
- Authority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensure conformity to product requirements.
- Comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements and complete MIS reporting.
Education
Batchelors Degree
Work Experience
- 2 years laboratory testing working experience.
- Working in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.
- ISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratories experience is preferred.
Knowledge of quality system is necessary, such as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015.
Skills and Language
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QC data-entry systems.
- Familiarity with basic QC tools such as Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto, 5 Why, etc.
- Basic knowledge of quality data analysis and reporting.
