Sales Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. This role operates within the People & Culture team while maintaining a robust partnership with our field sales and inside sales teams. Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in developing our sales employees by organizing and conducting sales training sessions aligned with Lyreco Group’s Best Practices, as well as providing coaching for field sales and inside sales.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the Learning and Development and Sales teams to design, create, and implement the Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand.
• Own and continuously improve the Sales Induction programme for Field Sales and Inside Sales employees.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and on-the-job sales training.
• Customize global sales training resources to suit the local context.
• Conduct field visits, joint customer visits and call observations to provide practical coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.
• Create practical learning resources, including role plays, simulations, videos and e-learning content.
• Assess sales knowledge and job readiness through tests, observations and certification.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance results.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in B2B sales, sales training, sales enablement or a related area.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and some sales software
• Willingness to travel regularly for field coaching and training.
