We are looking for a Telesales Operations Associate to join our Retention Team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

Role overview
As Telesales Operations Associate, you'll provide the operational backbone for our Telesales Team in Nigeria, a hybrid role based in our office and working alongside colleagues across the UK, Europe, and Africa. You'll report to the Telesales Team Lead and be the connective tissue between sales agents, shop teams, and delivery partners, making sure every sale that gets closed actually gets fulfilled.
This is a hybrid role, you would be working from our office in Nigeria, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Lead.

Every account you create, every delivery you unblock, every stock shortage you catch early is a customer who gets their product on time instead of falling out of the funnel. You'll have direct visibility into where the sales process breaks and real ownership over fixing it.
What You'll Do
Supporting telesales agents through account creation, device unlocking, and closing out compliance and documentation before handover
Coordinating delivery requests with DSRs and shop teams, chasing down delayed or failed deliveries until resolved
Monitoring stock levels across shops and escalating shortages before they disrupt sales
Keeping CRM and internal systems updated with accurate fulfilment and delivery status
Any other tasks as assigned by the Telesales Team Leader.
What You'll Need
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
3 - 5 years' experience in telesales operations, sales administration, customer service, or operations support (an added advantage)
Strong CRM experience (FreshDesk, 3CX, or similar), sharp organisational instincts, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
