ЧЕМ ПРЕДСТОИТ ЗАНИМАТЬСЯ:

  • технической поддержкой рабочих мест пользователей (решение инцидентов, выполнение запросов, анализ проблем, выполнение работ по обслуживанию). Задачи получаем в Jira и Mattermost;
  • установкой, настройкой, ремонтом и заменой неисправного ИТ оборудования. Парк ноутов Win/MacOS;
  • установкой, диагностикой, настройкой программного обеспечения на рабочих местах;
  • консультированием пользователей по вопросам работы ПО и оборудования;
  • организацией и сопровождением ВКС.

ЧЕГО МЫ ЖДЕМ:

  • знание ОС Win/MacOS;
  • понимание работы сети (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN). Понимание диагностики сбоев в сети на базовом уровне;
  • понимание работы AD, GPO;
  • навыки работы с периферией;
  • опыт работы с Jira;
  • опыт работы с MDM системами;
  • хорошие коммуникативные навыки (умение донести до пользователя непростую вещь простым языком).

Будет плюсом:

  • умение писать/разобраться в простых скриптах bash/powershell/python/etc.
