What is your new role:

• configure and manage settings within the Company`s internal systems (Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM, Production, CRM) to ensure effective operations and alignment between financial, sales and operational data;
• act as POC for the systems’ users to troubleshoot issues and support their occasional needs of assistance;
• work closely with a software development team to align system capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring that the systems are optimized for business processes, Company goals and operational needs of the business units that use the systems;
• ensure data consistency across different ERP modules and internal systems, performing audits and troubleshooting discrepancies;
• oversee internal processes and maintain up-to-date records to support timely and accurate financial operations;
• identify, design, and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and system configurations;
• track and report key metrics in billing and operations, leveraging advanced Excel and database tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization;
• provide support and training to all relevant teams that use the internal systems;
• create and maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

What it takes:

• 3+ years of experience as technical support of ERP systems (ideally, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management);
• proficiency in data mining and analysis;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency;
• effortless communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments;
• being responsible, disciplined, and proactive in your approach;
• having strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking;
• any track record of process optimization, reporting, and business analysis would be highly valued;
• a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is not a must, but a nice-to-have addition.
