What is your new role:

• creating technical content for our products, such as product manuals, diagrams, brochures, scripts, etc. for both digital and print;
• partnering with product, sales, technical support and marketing teams to understand the products and their technical requirements;
• maintaining a knowledge base and keeping track of projects’ certification and compliance documentation;
• participating in compliance activities, such as inspections and audits to ensure that the technical documentation meets the necessary standards and regulatory requirements;
• creating and improving document templates, tools and content development practices;
• taking care to maximize customer success by creating onboarding documentation for technical audiences;
• utilizing a variety of visual elements in the technical documentation.

What it takes:

• 2+ years of experience as Technical Writer or in similar role – ideally within Electronics, IT or Product Manufacturer company;
• excellent communication skills, meaning that you are equally good in understanding others and being understood, which is crucial for delivering best results in your new role;
• outstanding grammar, punctuation and vocabulary in both Bulgarian and English;
• very good understanding of fundamental concepts of electricity, allowing you to read, interpret and analyze wiring diagrams and electrical schematics to create the technical documentation;
• a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or other Hardware engineering field is an advantage;
• excellent understating of cloud-based Content Management Systems (CMS);
• proactiveness, high sense of urgency and respect for deadlines, ability to freely communicate with various colleagues to collect the needed information plus the ability to then structure it into a clear, effective technical document for the client;
• being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues.
