Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von 2nd-/3rd-Level-Tickets mit direkter Kundenkommunikation
  • Betreuung unterschiedlicher Kundensysteme (20100) jeden Tag neue Herausforderungen
  • Vor-Ort-Einsätze planen und durchführen; Presales-Support für das Vertriebsteam
  • Infrastrukturprojekte weiterentwickeln und Dokumentation sicherstellen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im IT-Support (2nd-/3rd-Level)

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365 (Must-have)
  • Know-how in Backup-Lösungen, Linux-Servern, Netzwerken/Firewalls, Endpoint-Protection und Exchange/Telefonie

  • Deutsch C1 und Führerschein Klasse B

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Teamarbeit und Humor
