You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead regarding the administration of potentially 30 to 50 Water Storage Point projects by the end of March 2027.
- Ensuring that all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed in a timely manner as not to disrupt the delivery of the programmed works.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree or Master’s in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
- Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred)
- NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable)
- Strong NEC4 PSC commercial management experience.
- Strong background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes.
- Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms.
- Experience within consultancy environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and able to operate in fast-paced programme environments.
