Data Product Manager

• 5-8 years experience working in a large-scale data platforms, technology products or enterprise capabilities within financial services or similarly complex, data-driven environments
• Product management experience, including defining roadmaps, investment priorities and delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
• Understanding of data governance and modern data platform architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Experience driving innovation through artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics, with a willingness to remain hands-on and explore emerging technologies
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong partnerships and lead strategic initiatives across a global and matrixed environment
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with experience balancing regulatory requirements, operational resilience and business outcomes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences
• A growth mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation, with a track record of challenging the status quo and delivering meaningful change through data and technology solutions
