4-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Production Engineering, or a related operational engineering role.
Strong understanding of SRE and incident management practices, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, resiliency, change management, incident triage, service restoration, escalation, and post-incident reviews.
Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting, with working knowledge of Java (or a similar programming language) and SQL to support automation, tooling, and operational processes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace), and DevOps tooling including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of infrastructure security and secrets management, including credential lifecycle management, certificate management, and tools such as Hashi Corp Vault, CyberArk, or similar.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to create operational runbooks, support geographically distributed teams, and work flexibly across ANZ, India, and EMEA time zones.
