Madewell is looking for a Loyalty & Lifecycle Program Manager to build an industry-leadingomnichannelmember experience that deepens customers' emotional connection to the brand. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Loyalty, this rolewillspend approximately 60% of their time on thelnsiderprogram,managingdesign, annual/seasonal strategy, and day-to-day loyalty campaigns. This role will spend40% of their time working with the Director of Lifecycle todevelop, implementandoptimizeLifecyclea multichannel lifecycle programfor the Madewell brand. This role is onsite in New York City 3 days/week.
