Madhive is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Ad Operations Specialist to play a key role in the end-to-end support of our programmatic advertising campaigns. You’ll bring hands-on expertise across multiple buying platforms and act as a go-to resource for inquiries and troubleshooting relating to our campaigns and user platform. This is a great next step for someone who’s mastered the fundamentals of ad operations and is ready to take on more strategic and technical responsibility within the team.
What You’ll Do
Triage platform issues, perform troubleshooting, report bugs to Engineering, and provide updates to stakeholders
Investigate programmatic campaign configuration issues and collaborate across teams to implement fixes
Configure website tracking pixels and troubleshoot pixel placement
Address client inquiries regarding campaign capabilities and behaviors; provide client support over emails and calls
Proactively provide campaign tactic and configuration recommendations based on client objectives
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operational speed and accuracy
Participate in building team resources such as documentation and training materials
Independently manage workload and maintain accountability for any assigned tasks
Lead small projects or audits
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or campaign management.
Proficient in ad serving platforms, DSPs, and tracking systems (experience with multiple platforms preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating data to drive decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
Passionate about advertising technology and continuous learning in an evolving ecosystem.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $42,200-$55,000 The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
