Lead the build and performance of a new Customer Success Partner team in Maersk’s Global Service Centre

Maersk is building a new German-speaking Customer Success Partner function in Warsaw, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead it. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 30 colleagues onsite in our Poland GSC, creating a high-performance culture that delivers excellent support to customers and strong partnership to the wider business.
This is a visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, driving operational excellence, coaching people leaders and individual contributors, and working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, Product, Operations, and other GSC functions.

What you willbe responsible for
Lead,coachand develop a circa-30-person Customer Success / Sales Support team, creating a culture of ownership,accountabilityand collaboration.
Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, qualitystandardsand customer experience measures, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
Act as a key point of contact between the GSC and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, Product and Operations.
Oversee transactional and commercial sales support processes, resolve issues, removebarriersand help the team deliver a seamless customer journey.
Use data,insightsand market feedback to improve team performance, customeroutcomesand service delivery.
Lead process improvements, system changes,standardisationinitiativesand broader transformation activity.
Supportorganisationalchange and helpestablishthe Warsaw team as a trusted and high-performing business partner.

What we are looking for
Fluent German and English are essential.
Proven experience leading larger teams in sales support, customer operations, customer success, shared services, BPO or a similar environment.
Strongtrack recordof managing performance through coaching, structure, KPI management and clear operational discipline.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to work effectively across functions and seniority levels.
Experience leading through change, building new ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.
Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Logistics, supplychainor global trade experience would be anadvantage, butis not essential.
