Key Responsibilities:
- Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
- Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
- Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
- Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required. Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
