Why does this role exist?
This role exists to support the Fine Jewelry team's Buyer in building and executing a merchandise assortment that hits sales and profit targets, at a time when the category needs dedicated hands-on support through a defined project window (running through January/February 2027). The Assistant Buyer will handle the analytical and operational backbone of the buying process - reporting, inventory balancing, PO management, and vendor coordination - so the Buyer can focus on strategic assortment and vendor decisions. Ultimately, this hire exists to help the Fine Jewelry category run smoothly and grow during a critical stretch of the business.
