The team provides operational leadership and regional direction, shaping service standards, operating models and partnerships while continuously improving how our workplaces operate. We balance employee experience, business needs, operational resilience and cost efficiency to deliver scalable and high-performing workplaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated workplace and facilities operations across assigned Philippines sites, managing IFM/service partners across hard and soft services, including MEP and food equipment maintenance, cleaning, workplace experience, space management, ticketing and employee support, ensuring safe, compliant, resilient and efficient workplaces.
- Deliver and support complex workplace projects and transformation programmes, including renovations, relocations, openings, day 2 works, workplace transformations, local and regional events, supporting delivery from design and planning through handover, including timely defect resolution and business continuity.
- Oversee workplace asset management, conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate asset inventory records to support effective operations and asset lifecycle management.
- Translate regional workplace strategy into scalable operating models and service standards, building strong local and regional partnerships with senior stakeholders across Real Estate, Facilities, EHS, Security, IT and HR to align workplace solutions with employee experience, business productivity, operational resilience and cost efficiency.
- Own workplace budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, invoice processing, expense allocation, cost-centre management and productivity initiatives, balancing service quality, employee experience and efficient resource utilisation.
- Drive operational excellence through data, governance and continuous improvement, establishing performance metrics and reporting, analysing FM and workplace data, conducting space and service audits, maintaining accurate space inventories, incorporating user feedback and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead workplace risk, resilience and experience initiatives, managing incidents, crises, operational risks and critical service dependencies while partnering with Food/F&B and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hospitality, catering, events and community experiences, challenge existing ways of working and implement innovative solutions across the region.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience across workplace, facilities, hospitality, catering, office operations or related services.
- Experience leading workplace operations across multiple locations and managing internal teams, vendors or service providers.
- Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and commercial performance.
- Strong operational, strategic and financial management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and decision-making skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders in a matrixed environment; highly proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, solution-focused and comfortable balancing employee experience, operational performance, risk and cost.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading integrated workplace services, including facilities, catering/F&B and workplace experience.
- Regional or global experience within a complex, fast-paced or matrixed organisation.
- Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, service standards or regional programs.
- Experience developing teams, building capability and supporting succession or leadership development.
- Experience using workplace technology, data and analytics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Relevant certifications such as IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, PMP or equivalent.
