Job Responsibilities:

Reponsabilidades:

• Gestionar la relación diaria con el sindicato y representantes de los trabajadores
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y Contrato Colectivo
• Investigar y atender conflictos laborales, quejas y procedimientos disciplinarios.
• Participar en negociaciones laborales y revisiones contractuales
• Dar seguimiento a procesos de bajas, sanciones, rescisiones y convenios laborales.
• Analizar indicadores laborales como rotación, ausentismo, medidas disciplinarias y clima laboral
• Coordinar estrategias preventivas para minimizar conflictos y riesgos laborales
• Brindar asesoría a líderes y gerentes sobre temas laborales y de administración de personal
• Atender inspecciones, auditorías laborales y requerimientos de autoridades
• Apoyar en programas de comunicación interna y fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional

• Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)
• Reforma Laboral y legitimación de contratos colectivos
• Relaciones sindicales y negociación colectiva
• Procesos disciplinarios y manejo de conflictos
• Legislación laboral mexicana y normativa de STPS
• Indicadores de recursos humanos
• Administración de personal
• Técnicas de mediación y resolución de conflictos
• Reglamentp Interior de Trabajo
• Reportes ejecutivos

Experiencia

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o gestión sindical
• Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura, automotriz o industrial
• Participación en negociaciones colectivas y resolución de conflictos laborales

Escolaridad

• Licenciatura en Relaciones Industriales, Administración, Derecho, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines, Titulado y con Cédula Profesional

• Inglés avanzado
