Job Description

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing digital, analog, and memory circuits used in the development of advanced memory products. You will collaborate with global design and verification teams while partnering with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative memory solutions with the highest levels of quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to new product development through the design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits.
- Perform circuit validation, parasitic modeling, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Manage layout activities including floorplanning, placement, routing, verification, modeling, and simulation using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure successful product execution.
- Drive innovation for future memory technologies while promoting design quality and standardization across global engineering teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CMOS circuit design and semiconductor device physics.
- Experience with power network analysis and circuit optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Verilog modeling, simulation tools, and state machine design/verification methodologies.
- Ability to perform design verification, debugging, and semiconductor circuit analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for semiconductor design, analysis, or engineering workflows.
- Memory design experience, including DRAM, NAND, or other advanced memory technologies.
- Knowledge of semiconductor layout processes including floorplanning, placement, and routing.
- Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global engineering environment.
