Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
Join an inclusive team passionate about one thing: using their expertise in the relentless pursuit of innovation for customers and partners. The solutions we build help make everything from virtual reality experiences to breakthroughs in neural networks possible. We do it all while committing to integrity, sustainability, and giving back to our communities. Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.
Role Purpose
-Own capacity analysis and readiness planning for the HTY and MSI volume ramp, translating volume forecasts into integrated capacity, manpower, storage, system and process plans.
-Act as the Micron project manager for FG ramp readiness, driving cross-functional actions, 3PL governance and management reporting.
Capacity Analysis & Industrial Engineering
-Build and maintain capacity models across receiving, storage, VAS and shipment; identify bottlenecks and headroom by week and by month.
-Run time-and-motion and line-balancing studies to validate standard times, manpower, equipment and space requirements.
-Apply lean manufacturing methods (value stream mapping, standard work, waste elimination, kaizen) to improve throughput and cost per unit.
-Model what-if scenarios for upside volume, shift patterns and contingency plans.
Data Management & Dashboards
-Consolidate operational data from SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL feeds into one trusted dataset; own data definitions, quality and refresh cycles.
-Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting - capacity utilisation, backlog, cycle time, inventory accuracy, 3PL performance and on-time shipment.
-Convert analysis into decision-ready insight: constraints, risks, options and recommended actions for management.
Project & Stakeholder Management
-Run the ramp-readiness project plan: milestones, dependencies, RAID log, action tracking and closure.
-Chair readiness reviews with FG & Logistics, Planning, IT, Security and 3PL partners; escalate unresolved or high-risk gaps.
-Independently validate 3PL capacity, resourcing, controls and recovery plans against committed volumes.
-Support security, compliance and audit follow-through, including evidence tracking and corrective-action closure.
Required Skills & Experience
-5-10 years in manufacturing, finished-goods or supply-chain operations, with hands-on capacity planning ownership.
-Lean manufacturing or industrial engineering background: time-and-motion study, standard time setting, line balancing, VSM; Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
-Strong data skills - Excel modelling, SQL and Power BI or Tableau; able to build and maintain dashboards without IT dependency.
-Project management capability: planning, tracking, risk management and stakeholder alignment; PMP or equivalent a plus.
-Working knowledge of SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES and 3PL operating and cost models.
-Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Active User of Artificial Intelligence tools, Leverage Aritificial intelligence, Agentic AI is a must , and able to prove efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes.
Expectations
1. executes analysis, reporting and coordination independently within an agreed framework.
2. sets the framework, makes risk-based decisions, governs 3PL performance and represents FG in cross-functional escalation.
