Job Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades Principales

• Liderar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de mantenimiento bajo su responsabilidad.
• Diagnosticar y solucionar fallas en sistemas automatizados, eléctricos, neumáticos y de control.
• Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de robots industriales, equipos de soldadura y sistemas de facilidades.
• Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos y equipos para incrementar la eficiencia operativa.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Participar en la implementación de nuevos proyectos, cambios de ingeniería y arranques de equipos.

Competencias Técnicas

• Conocimiento y experiencia en robots FANUC, incluyendo operación, programación, mantenimiento y aplicaciones de:Transferencia de material. Soldadura Spot. Soldadura MIG.
• Experiencia en diagnóstico y solución de fallas mediante PLC.
• Conocimiento de procesos de soldadura por resistencia y soldadura MIG.
• Experiencia con controles de soldadura:Bosch Medar Emhart Lincoln
• Conocimiento en equipos de aplicación de sellador:Nordson Graco Intec SCA
• Manejo de instrumentos de medición eléctrica:Multímetro Osciloscopio
• Conocimientos sólidos en:Neumática industrial. Sensores y actuadores. Servopistolas y sus transmisiones. Sistemas de automatización industrial.

Conocimientos en Facilidades

Experiencia en mantenimiento y administración de:

• Subestaciones eléctricas.
• Sistemas de aire comprimido.
• Sistemas de enfriamiento de agua.
• HVAC.
• BMS (Building Management System).
• Redes sanitarias e hidráulicas.
• Sistemas contra incendio (Fire Protection Systems).
• Andenes de embarque.

Requisitos

Experiencia

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
• Experiencia liderando personal técnico y/o supervisores.

Escolaridad

• Ingeniería o Licenciatura concluida en Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Automatización, Electromecánica o carrera afín.

Sistemas y Software

• Microsoft Office.
• Software CAD.

Normatividad

• Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión: ISO 9001 IATF 16949 VDA ISO 14001

Idiomas

• Inglés intermedio avanzado (B2).
