Job Responsibilities:

Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales de su área para cumplir con las necesidades del cliente y corporativo, cumpliendo siempre con los requerimientos de Seguridad, calidad y Productividad.

Ser capaz de administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del proceso productivo para cumplir con el programa de producción en tiempo y forma y como resultado cubrir los requerimientos del cliente.

Ser capaz de lograr los objetivos establecidos por la organización para garantizar la rentabilidad del negocio.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera Técnica / Licenciatura / Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 3 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• Procesos de Producción
• Elaboración de indicadores
• Administración recursos (humanos-materiales)
• Soldadura básica
• Sistemas de Calidad
• Módulos que apliquen de ADAM
• Proceso de bandas
• Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
• Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso
• SPC Básico

IDIOMAS :

Inglés Básico
