Magnetto.com is a global digital marketing agency and the largest direct seller of Telegram Ads. We specialize in high-quality, data-driven traffic and measurable performance, helping brands scale efficiently across FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, Gaming, Apps, Real Estate, e-Commerce, Education, and other fast-growing industries across multiple markets, with a strong focus on LATAM, MENA, and Asia, while actively expanding into other regions.

We’re building strong in-house recruitment that directly impacts how fast the business scales, launches new directions, and enters new markets. We’re looking for an in-house recruiter who understands the business impact of strong hiring and is ready to act as a real partner for hiring managers.

You’ll primarily work with Russian-speaking commercial and business roles for the international market with opportunities to move into worldwide hiring.

Your Impact:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Middle/Senior specialists in Sales, Partner Relations, Client Service, Account Management, and IT roles.

• Manage up to 6 vacancies simultaneously with a primary focus on hiring quality and business impact

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and interview approaches.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping for key hiring directions.

• Assess candidates through structured evaluation methods and identify hiring risks early.

• Work with modern sourcing and AI-driven recruitment tools.

• Support onboarding and help new hires integrate successfully into teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Experience hiring for business functions such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, or Customer-facing teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.

• Experience with market research and talent mapping.

• Structured approach to candidate assessment and interview evaluation.

• English level: B2.

• Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI solutions is a must
