Graphic Designer

Job Description:

• Transform Maharah and its subsidiaries’ ideas, objectives, and products into clear, engaging messages for target customers
• Create diverse visual content and develop designs for websites and applications
• Manage design projects from initial concept to final delivery, including graphic design, color and font selection, and visual-element arrangement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with objectives and messages
• Develop innovative visual content supporting company objectives, marketing communications, target languages, and brand vision
• Update and manage websites, video libraries, and image collections
• Prepare advertising materials for digital and traditional channels
• Submit designs for review, incorporate feedback, and complete revisions on time
• Organize, manage, secure, and back up digital design files and assets
• Support internal departments with designs, campaigns, and graphics
• Follow design and technology trends and apply them to projects
• Analyze competitors’ designs to improve company designs
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on completed administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other related assigned duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and effective visual communication
• Proficiency in English
• Preferred: Design experience in the human resources sector
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Arabic
