As a Project Manager, you’ll handle the critical behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures our Data Centre projects run smoothly. From managing documentation to overseeing transitions and integrating Change Requests, you’re the backbone of successful project execution. While this is a primarily back-office role, your impact will resonate across teams and projects, ensuring seamless delivery at every stage.

Your mission

• Coordinate essential project workflows: Manage all internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Requests (CRs), Service Schedules, and compliance documentation with precision.
• Ensure smooth transitions: Oversee the handoff from Solution Architecture and Engineering to the Operations Transition Team, bridging plans with execution.
• Drive project alignment: Evaluate, approve, and integrate CRs into the project plan, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
• Maintain impeccable records: Keep thorough documentation of customer interactions, RFIs, CRs, and all project communications to support transparency and accountability.
• Stay on track: Monitor project milestones, adjust plans as needed, and ensure delivery timelines are met without compromise.

Your profile

• Project expertise: 3+ years of experience managing complex projects in Data Centre environments, preferably hyperscale.
• Technical understanding: Strong knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure, operations, and solutions.
• Organized and analytical: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, JIRA).
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to present solutions and lead stakeholder discussions.
• Results-oriented mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player: Autonomous yet collaborative, flexible, and transparent with colleagues.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
