We are a growing data centre company delivering critical digital infrastructure across two complementary business lines: developing and operating hyperscale data centres for cloud and AI customers, while continuing to manage a portfolio of established colocation facilities serving enterprise customers. As we scale, we are looking for a commercially minded Deal Desk Manager (f/m/d) who can improve the quality, speed, and governance of our commercial deal process while providing executive reporting on key revenue and commercial performance metrics.

Your mission

The Deal Desk Manager (f/m/d) sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal and Executive Leadership. This role is responsible for managing the commercial proposal process for customer deals, ensuring pricing discipline and contractual compliance, and providing timely, accurate reporting of revenue KPIs, forecast vs. actuals and commercial performance.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities

Deal Desk & Commercial Governance:

• Model out and manage end-to-end commercial deal proposals in close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Bid Management
• Review pricing, margins, and commercial terms
• Coordinate proposals across Sales, Finance, Legal, Executive Management and Shareholders
• Ensure compliance with pricing and governance policies
• Support complex commercial negotiations
• Improve commercial workflows

Revenue Reporting & Commercial Analytics:

• Produce periodic executive dashboards
• Report, pipeline and sales KPIs including WALT, Average Price/MW, forecast vs. actuals and key variances
• Develop forecasting models and support forecast accuracy tracking
• Prepare Board and Executive reporting
• Analyze trends across hyperscale and colocation businesses

Commercial Operations:

• Maintain commercial reporting standards
• Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation, revenue assurance and forecast reviews
• Improve CRM data quality
• Document commercial processes
• Provide contracting benchmarks and standards to Sales

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 5-7+ years in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations
• Experience in structuring and negotiating deals with and for data centres or hyperscale / cloud operators
• Strong financial analysis capabilities, including forecast vs. actuals and varience analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (preferably NetSuite).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Power BI/Tableau skills
• Revenue recognition knowledge
• German language skills along with English

Reduced deal approval times; improved forecast accuracy; clear forecast vs. actuals visibility; improved Contract data quality; timely executive reporting; stronger revenue governance; greater visibility into revenue performance and benchmarking.
