Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης, αναζητούμε να εντάξουμε στην ομάδα μας έναν/μία Βοηθό Τμήματος Προσωπικού με έδρα την περιοχή Βάρη/Κορωπί.

Περιγραφή Εργασίας

  • Διαχείριση του ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, λήξεις – ανανεώσεις συμβάσεων κτλ)
  • Συλλογή των απαραίτητων στοιχείων & εγγράφων πρόσληψης
  • Οργάνωση και εκτέλεση της διαδικασίας συνεντεύξεων με υποψηφίους
  • Συντονίζει τα έργα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (συναντήσεις, εκπαίδευση, έρευνες κ.λπ.) και τηρεί πρακτικά
  • Καταχώρηση των στοιχείων εργαζομένων
  • Αρχειοθέτηση soft και hard copy

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 1-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Βασική γνώση ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Βασική γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ & Excel
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητές Ικανότητες
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Επικοινωνία και επικέντρωση στην επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας
  • Υπευθυνότητα
  • Εχεμύθεια
  • Έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
