Rejoins Maison Kitsuné, une marque de mode et de musique. En tant qu'assistant(e) CRM, tu participeras au développement digital de la marque à l'international. Tu seras impliqué(e) dans la création et l'élaboration des campagnes CRM, l'analyse des performances, l'optimisation du contenu et la fidélisation des clients.

Missions

  • Accompagner le développement digital des différents univers de la marque dans un contexte international.
  • Créer et élaborer des campagnes CRM par pays, participer à la création et au suivi des scénarios automatisés.
  • Mise à jour de dashboards CRM, analyse des performances par pays, canal ou univers, identification des enseignements clés.

Profil recherché

* Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, marketing/communication ou équivalent.

* Excellent niveau rédactionnel en français, bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.

* Sensibilité aux univers **mode, lifestyle, musique & culture digitale.**

* Rigueur, curiosité, autonomie et appétence pour les outils numériques.

* Une première expérience en CRM est un plus.
