ROLE SUMMARY

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is seeking a highly experienced Manager - Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, stock management, and logistics projects. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting business growth through effective supply chain strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects across warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and digital operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper stock management, availability, and distribution center inventory control.
• Oversee customs compliance and maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams while ensuring effective performance management and succession planning.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related functions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within retail logistics, hypermarkets, supermarkets, retailers, or logistics providers.
• Strong expertise in warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and sourcing operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale supply chain projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
