Обязанности:

  • Расширение бизнеса на вверенной территории (холодные продажи, B2B продажи, работа с командой);

  • Обучение и наставничество сотрудников;
  • Управление группой менеджеров по продажам (10 сотрудников, находятся удаленно);
  • Выполнение личного плана продаж новым клиентам;
  • Обеспечение выполнения плана вверенных сотрудников своей группы;
  • Участие в разработке маркетинговых кампаний (презентации, статьи, скрипты и т.п.).
  • Требования: Опыт управления группой продаж или отделом от 2-х лет;
  • Желательно опыт продаж в сфере транспортных услуг;
  • Навыки активных продаж;
  • Наличие выраженных лидерских качеств и умение строить эффективные команды;
  • Грамотность и ясность мышления.
  • Условия: Официальное оформление по ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня;
  • Оклад + бонус по результатам выполнения поставленных задач. Мотивация от личных продаж и продаж группы(отдела) . Все выплаты официальные и попадают в справку 2-НДФЛ.
  • Возможность влиять на свой доход , через команду и лично;
  • График работы: 5/2, с 9.00 до 18.00;
