As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of technical solutions, design and build scalable backend services, develop modern full-stack applications, and contribute to architecture and platform evolution. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Product Management, Design, Development, Quality Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering.
Missions
- Concevoir, développer, tester, déployer et soutenir des logiciels tout au long de leur cycle de vie, en prenant la responsabilité de la qualité, de la maintenabilité, de la sécurité, de l'évolutivité et de l'excellence opérationnelle des solutions.
- Diriger l'exécution technique tout en équilibrant la vitesse de livraison avec la qualité de l'ingénierie, en identifiant proactivement les risques, en supprimant les obstacles et en améliorant continuellement l'efficacité de l'ingénierie.
- Contribuer à l'architecture, à la conception technique et à l'évolution de la plateforme, en concevant et en construisant des capacités de produit alimentées par l'IA qui créent une valeur mesurable pour le client.
Profil recherché
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Strong full-stack development experience
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with modern databases, caching technologies, and messaging systems
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
- Extensive backend software engineering experience building scalable production systems
- AI evaluation and testing
- Experience with technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, vector databases, or similar frameworks is considered a strong asset
- AI-assisted software development
- Rapid prototyping using AI technologies
- Tool calling and AI orchestration
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern AI software development, including:
- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- AI agent and agentic workflow development
- Large Language Model (LLM) integrations
- Building AI-enabled applications
- Infrastructure as Code
- AWS cloud services
- Node.js and backend application frameworks
- GitHub Actions or CI/CD platforms
- Event-driven architectures
- REST APIs and GraphQL
- Demonstrated technical skills, including:
- Serverless computing
- React or modern frontend frameworks
- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Docker and Kubernetes
- TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Observability and monitoring platforms
- Continuously learn and embrace emerging technologies, particularly AI
- Deliver with urgency while maintaining high engineering standards
- Make informed technical decisions independently
- Solve complex problems with a pragmatic, customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated leadership competencies, including:
- Take ownership and accountability for outcomes
