Christmas temp work in a classy hotel cocktail bar.

Key Skills / Duties:

- Strong classic and signature cocktail knowledge.

- Bar table service.

- Following FiFo and stock rotation.

- Support on function bars for key events.

- Able to confidently work on a bar.

- Able to show strong personality and offer high quality service to our guests.

- Basic wine knowledge desirable.

- Immediate start required.
