• Participate in a structured graduate development programme.
• Complete assigned departmental rotations and learning assignments.
• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and report on relevant business data.
• Attend training sessions, workshops and mentorship meetings.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
• Demonstrate compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Build professional relationships across various departments.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to practical workplace challenges

• Degree in Mining Engineering
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethics and safety minded
• Relevant prior experience or courses are a plus but not required

• Effective Communications in English (Written and Spoken)
• Must be between the ages of 20-35 years
