Your work will directly influence how we manufacture our products while helping build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

If you're passionate about solving complex problems, using data to drive decisions, and seeing your ideas implemented on the manufacturing floor, this role offers the opportunity to develop your career while making a real business impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and apply Lean tools including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
  • Analyze production data, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and workflow.
  • Design and implement process, layout, and material flow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve recurring manufacturing issues.
  • Support new product introductions, capacity planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring improvements are sustained through training, audits, and standardized work.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following company policies and supporting a culture of operational excellence.

Key Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience conducting Value Stream Mapping exercises and implementing improvement plans.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of production planning, facility layout, workflow design, and labor optimization.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing transformations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience facilitating Kaizen events and implementing Lean tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex manufacturing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Experience developing sustainable continuous improvement systems.
  • Ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by data-driven decision making.
